Magazines are printed after ordering. Orders cannot be canceled 2 hours after order is placed. Please allow 3-4 weeks for printing and shipping. Please review the name list of the model and picture, we placed the same info and pictures provided by parents in the magazine, we cannot replaced or refund magazines with errors submitted in the forms.

Magazines are printed in USA and shipped worldwide by a 3rd party. We do not provide tracking number until the printing company provides it for us.
